Todd brings years of experience in the special education field to Phoenix of the Heartland. He has his Bachelor's degree in Education with an endorsement in special education and coaching. As the Chief Executive Officer, Todd will be in charge of making major corporate decisions and managing the overall operations and strategic direction.
LORI JONES - COO

Lori has experience as a former trainer, supervisor, and coordinator of host and group homes. As the Chief Operations Officer, she creates communication and implements vision, mission, and overall direction for Phoenix of the Heartland. Lori also leads the daily operations of the company.

As a grandparent and caregiver of disabled children, Theresa brings passion and experience to her position as Vice President. She also has been a previous business owner and has years of experience in business management. Theresa oversees the staff and works with the state of Iowa on policy and procedures.
